strikes me that this will simply drive the so-called Global South to finally declare their own 'church' The trainwreck he wants to avoid is already in the past.. I am in the 'who cares' school...
I have been "rediscovering" Christianity and considering attending the local TEC church. Not sure if current events make it good or bad timing, but we'll see. I am generally aware for years of the issues that have been brewing, but it seem like TEC is already settled on the matter so I doubt it will have much effect on regular church business in local parishes.
