This is an excellent example of the challenge that many of my language/learning disability students face. I work a great deal on the student's intentional creation of visual imagery in response to what they have read, which I have them describe for me, giving me a "glimpse" inside their heads. Sometimes I can't help myself and laugh out loud as their literal interpretation becomes an image "right inside my head."

ReplyDeleteI love my profession.
As this was the first image that came into my head, perhaps I should sign up for one of your classes. Are you a strict teacher?
