Insisting a liturgist restricts what he or she can do in worship for sectarian reasons is like telling Jewish artists that they can't use the same colours Hitler used in his paintings.
Get them used to the idea, Robert, by wearing a heck of a lot of Lynx for a few weeks. Alternatively, don't wash for months and they will be demanding incense for exactly the same reasons it was introduced into churches in the first place.
