I had that problem too. I couldn't get in starting a couple of months ago, and I didn't evcen have a new computer. I verified with someone else that I was using the right login info, but it doesn't work. So I can't get into Chin Wag.
I'm still getting in with the user name and password that we got after the first set was compromised. I had it set up so I didn't have to input it. This is a mystery.
I can't get in Chin Wag since I have my new computer. Sorry.
