OCICBW... is, was and always will be a conversation and not a series of stand alone statements. Heck, that's why I called it "Of Course, I Could Be Wrong..." in the first place.
I mean more than that, Robert. We would bore ourselves silly if every time we wrote something on the blog or in the comments we added copious footnotes. It is, as I said, a conversation which meanders along over time and sometimes even reaches a communal agreement, sort of. Nobody says everything they are thinking on a subject in one go and quite often people contradict themselves. That's life. I think it's fun.
All of us get it wrong, regularly. That's what it is to be human; if anyone says they're never wrong, they're a liar, and the truth is not in them.
