Patience is a virtue best pursued by the young. As you grow older patience becomes less of a virtue and more of a risk.
They punished me by taking time away from me.
And still they make me wait.
This is to remind me that they have the power.
I've been thinking/saying "Life's Too Short for this" more and more often...
ReplyDeleteGiven that I have less and less time, I find that time is less important . . . less real.
ReplyDeletePatience seems a way of life for me, us. We seem to be more relaxed or whatever - perhaps its the afternoon wine we drink. :-)
