AGREEMENT WITHOUT COVENANT
This is a major step forward. Obviously Rowan Williams has been working very hard behind the scenes getting the Nigerians on board and even Reform, in England, haven't threatened schism over it (although I am not certain at the moment if they are accepting that it will also apply to women).
