  2. Brilliant MP! I'd like to see them try and enforce that one. Wouldn't the police commit an offence under such a redrafted law if they went up to somebody who was speaking/writing and simply said 'I arrest you...'?

    (Very appropriate, as I'm on a break from finishing an article on bent coppers!)
